Cannot redirect after registeration

I have a prestashop redirection problem.

When a new user finish the register steps in my website and click Register, it cannot redirect to anywhere, the address field show the below link and the page is blank, normally it should redirect back to my account. How can I fix this

blank page usually means that you have some errors

as far as i remember in this case it's necessary to turn on errors in your server
