[SOLVED] Call to undefined function mcrypt_encrypt – prestashop

today i installed new shop on my new hosting account but unfortunately i see this message

what i can do?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mcrypt_encrypt()
 
possible fixes:
 
In linux
 
extension=mcrypt.so
In windows
 
extension=php_mcrypt.dll

you have to activate this library in your php.ini file

thank you i called to my hoster due to this, then changed it for me and now everything works well.

as far as i know they enabled this library in php.ini file
