I've got problem, today i've noticed that i cant change my email address in back office settings.

when i try to change it - and hit save, page reloads and i see message that settings are saved, but in fact - they arent. i still see old email. please help me it's important for me

in this case it's necessary to check ps_configuraton table. You can do it in phpmyadmin database manager software.

 

search there for field with name ps_shop_email

 

if this field is doubled there - remove second entry.
