When im trying to log in as a customer my prestashop spawns error.

I also tried to register new user, and the same - error appears too:

 

 

 

my shop is dead with error like this,

help it's urgent!

please share url to your website, in cases like that it's necessary to inspect it.

i bet on some problems with server settings (403 forbidden problem in prestashop which is related to chmods / permissions to php files)

i've got the same error in my prestashop 1.5 a long time ago,

it was related to ssl certificate and differencies between protocols (http vs https)

perhaps it is worth to check it

Might be the use of a 'free' module that is conflicting with native prestashop.
I would uninstall each of these modules that are present in and around registration and then test for the current error path.

If this does not resolve the issue and its a new shop, then I would start over with a fresh installation, making sure that the described error is not present. Avoid unproven modules before making any changes to your native PrestaShop installation.
