I have installed the module facebook shop on prestashop 1.6 I installed the facebook app, but in facebook I receive the message Homepage, sorry no products available. If I click into any of the other menu options like categories products are displayed. Thanks

Hello Roger

On "facebook shop" module configuration page you can find section "featured products"

This is a section where you can decide what to show on facebook shop's homepage.

 

Ther are options:

1. "how many" to decide how many products will appear on homepage
2. "Category" to decide what category will be featured on homepage (products from this category)

 

It looks like this section is not configured. Please configure it and "save" changes. This should help to solve the problem you described.
