Increasing Header Width

I would like to change width of the header section of prestashop 1.6 where Logo and Search bar is.

How do I bring the Logo to the left most side of the Screen and Search bar to the right and increase the width to 1920px.

and what if someone will have small screen like I have, 1280 width ?
