Genesis casino blocked my account after asking for verification.

Hi guys does anyone on here have any connections with the genesis brand ? waited four days for my withdrawal to be processed to then be asked for verification, which is fine as every casino does this but I go to log in to my account and now it comes up saying that I asked to self exclude (which I didn't) and that I have no access to my account. live chat is useless as its a chat bot and have no way of speaking to a human ive tried contacting via email to no avail so currently have £410 sat in limbo and have no way of getting the money as they won't let me verify my account!! 

 

Any help would be great!

I have never seen tables with less than 100$. Where do you find them? Sometimes I want to play poker for fun, not being concentrated on the game, and do everything possible not to lose money. Of course, I love when the poker game is complicated, and I have many decent opponents, but sometimes I want to relax. I have found an extensive list of online casinos on ralfcasino.com, but I didn't find an online one where the entry fee for a poker table could be lower than one hundred dollars, which is not such a small sum of money.
