I use default prestashop template and i want to change order of links in my footer section. I searched in back office and i've noticed that this is block cms module, i tried to open configuration page of this module but there is no feature ot change order of this links.

indeed, this is block cms module.
in this case this addon hasn't got any tool to change appearance of these links.
the only one possible solution at the moment is manually edit of module file.
you have to change order of links in file blockcms.tpl
this file is located in theme directory: /themes/default-bootstrap/modules/blockcms/blockcms.tpl
open this file and reorder links in this code

thanks in advance,
1) I was not able to find "about us" in that same file to change the order
2) is there something I can do to add an auto alphabetize categories etc in prestashop
3) how can I make prestashop capitalize the first letter of second, third, so on words
for example if you look at "About us" Sign in" .... the first letters of every word besides the first word is not capitized.
looks better in my opinion if the first letters of every word is capital in those situations
