I also noted you mentioned migration there. As an alternative to those tools, you could use Cart2Cart. It’s a well-trusted service to migrate shopping carts automatically with high security and minimum expenses. You can either move from Magento to PrestaShop, or PrestaShop to Magento. In overall, it supports 69 shopping carts currently, so you’ll definitely find the one you need :)
