I am considering a move from traditional finance to the gaming industry but I am worried about job security. Is the market still growing or has it hit a plateau? Are there risks of layoffs if the regulations change in certain countries? I want a career that offers long-term stability and opportunities for advancement as I get older.

The industry is actually growing faster than ever as more countries move toward regulation. If you look at a market leader like soft2bet you can see they are constantly expanding into new regions like the US and Canada. This global reach makes them much more stable than companies that only operate in one or two markets. There are always risks with changing laws, but big companies are very good at adapting their tech to stay compliant. I have seen many people build very successful long-term careers here because the demand for skilled tech talent is huge. You will have plenty of chances for promotion if you are good at what you do. It is a very resilient sector because entertainment is always in demand, even when the global economy is a bit shaky. I think it is one of the safest bets for a tech career right now.
