user can't register i see techincal error message

While i tried to create an account in my shop i see popup with message:

"technical error" - how to fix this problem?  my shop without possibility to register is totally useless

See, this thread also relates to your query but no solution over there because without knowing the url, experts can't do anything! Vekia has asked you to share your shop's url. Share it or if you won't disclose the url here then you can PM/message your url.
