To upgrade from PrestaShop 1.3 to 1.6, follow these steps:

1. Backup your store: Ensure you back up your database, files, and theme.

2. Check server requirements: Ensure your hosting meets the requirements for PrestaShop 1.6.

3. Upgrade PrestaShop:

   • Download PrestaShop 1.6 from the official site.

   • Install it on a test environment or staging site first.

4. Install the new version: Follow the PrestaShop upgrade instructions for a fresh installation.

5. Transfer data: Manually transfer your products, categories, customers, and orders from 1.3 to 1.6 using migration tools or by exporting/importing data.
