Hi We're bought "Fb conversion tracking pixel" and everything seems to track well except for our credit card module purchases. It doesn't catch any data on purchase event, see the photos of FB Pixel Helper chrome extension. ¿Is there any solution? The fist image is a purchase from bankwire, the second one is by credit card. The module is Redsys official release, the most used system in Spain for credit cards.

Redsys payment confirmation page does not include the id_order to the url, this is the source of the problem.
By default modules should include it (id_order param) to the "order confirmation" page url, 

I can offer two solutions:

1. easiest: it will be requred to alter "redsys" module controller, to create redirection to "order-confirmation" page with id_order param
2. or: alter the facebook pixel module to get order details from cart id, if url will not have the id_order param

How much easier will be alter credit card module instead of yours? We're not sure about altering Redsys one, it's commonly updated and it's very necessary having it up-to-date always... But you are the REAL expert here, we'll accept your advice. 

If you're able  to solve that problem too (we also bought last week the Facebook Shop module and you solved a issue in less than a day)... you have to know you're invited whenever you came to Spain to try the best Spanish Jamón in the entire world with a good red wine

i confirm that v1.8.8 is available

it is enough to just upload new .zip file to your shop

changelog entry

- added support of purchase tracking for payment modules that does not include id_order to confirmation page (module tries to get id_cart instead)

 

as a customer you can download free upgrades of the module.
To download upgrade please log in to your customer account, and open "my orders" page: http://mypresta.eu/my-account/orders/
Download module there in the same way as you downloaded it first time. You will download there always recently released version of the module.
