Hi, I'm having problems with my Gift Card module. I have version 2.9.2 installed and trying to configure it to work alright. But when I test purchase giftcards I only get an empty email with my company logo sent to the customers email adress. Can it be something wrong with the translations? I want to send emails in Swedish and the translation files look alright... but still just an empty mail. What can I do? Best regards

yes, it looks like email template is empty.
please follow this:

Step1

1. open configuration page of the module
2. check settings of the gift card
3. focus on the template file that module will use to send gift card

Step2

1. go to localization > translations
2. select "email translations"
3. from second dropdown select "core"
4. select language

On the next page you will be able to verify email templates, focus on the email template name that you defined on gift card configuration page (step1, point 3)
Verify also different source (step2 point 3, instead "core" select theme that you currently use).
