There are two things to translate.

1. Module
   like module's configuration page
   you can do it under localization > translations, from first dropdown select "installed modules translations", from second select "core" (or theme if you previously defined translations for theme). On the next page you will be able to translate modules (also cart conditions pro).
   
    
2. Error codes that module shows in cart
   When customer's cart does not meet defined conditions.
   You can do it under localization > translations, from first dropdown select "error messaes translations"
   On the next page you will be able to translate the error messages that module shows in cart, when cart does not meet defined conditions - screenshot for reference:
