I am having some issues setting up ordercoupon. I can get an accurate test email sent, however when I try to use the status update to autosend it does not send the correct email, nor does it create a voucher in the backoffice. I cannot find the oc_voucher in the prestashop status template dropdown.

Hello

If you receive an 'test' email, and you do not receive the email and voucher when you test the order status change this means that placed order or history of orders does not meet defined rules in "action" condition:

for example:

1. customer that placed an order does not have enough orders to receive a coupon (rule to generate coupon if customer placed X orders or between X and Y)
2. customer that placed an order does not received enough coupons to get new coupon code (rule to generate new coupon if customer received X coupons, or between X and y)
3. order does not meet defined "ORDER VALUE CONDITONS" (like minimal order value to receive a voucher)
4. order does not meet defined "PRODUCTS CONDITIONS" (customer bought other products than required to receive a voucher)
5. customer that placed an order is not associated with group of customers allowed to receive the voucher code (GROUPS OF CUSTOMERS PERMITTED TO RECEIVE REWARD)
6. customer / customer's order does not meet some other conditions like to generate voucher only if customer not used voucher (OTHER CONDITIONS)

I am not sure to what you reffer here. Module does not create any kind of new status of order? Or i missed something?

 

 

please verify if your order meets the conditions defined for "action".
