If i buy Minimal product quantity module, can i define same records in my csv products import file? Is the module compatible with prestashop import module? Tanks

PrestaShop's "import csv" tool does not support import process for non-default features.
This means that it is not possible to use "import csv" tool to import any kind of data to modules, so it is not possible to import dataset for "minimal product quantity" module.
