Hi Sir, I bought your Pop Up Pro version 2.9.9 module 2 years ago, and everything worked fine until I encountered this problem. Oh, we use prestashop version 1.6.0.1... So here what's happenning: It seems that only CMS pages don't show images placed in my embed coding pop up windows. It works well in product pages, category pages, and even on selected URL pages, all worked except cms and order steps pages either... Can you help us?

Hello

- on module configuration page you've got section "global settings"

- there is an option: "Prevent removing URLs from images" please enable it (option to select: yes)  (screenshot for reference: https://i.imgur.com/iTYmmYU.png )

- Then go to your popup configuration page 

- remove the image you added previously

- add image again

- save popup

 

verify if image apears on pages where it was not visible previously.

this should solve the problem.
