I updated my shop from 1.5.6.2

i will loose my changes that i made (not me, but my dev) before?

i changed several things in module files

if you changed original module files: yes you will loose all your changes.

if you changed /default/ theme files - no worries, this theme is not used in 1.6 release so you will not lose changes made for theme.

Yeah, sadly, you will lose all changes in module files after update unless you have a backup.It's always good to make one before upgradingCheck if your dev left comments in the code – it might make it easier to restore.PS.Ask your dev if they used overrides – that could save your changes!
