I migrated from oscommerce to prestashop 1.6
my new shop is on my old domain address (so i've got many visits from google and advertisemet links etc.)
due to this fact i don't want to turn on maintenance mode, i just want to display information fixed at the top (or bottom) of my website to inform my customers and shop guests that "for maintenance purposes, order process is temporary blocked) without blocking my entire website (like it is in maintenance mode)
