To integrate live chat extension on Prestashop Store here I like to refer eAssistance Pro. To integrate that plugin on your website follow the simple given steps below -

 

1: Download the Prestashop Plug-in

2: Login into your prestashop administration and go to modules

3: Select "add a new module"

4: Browse eAssistancePro.zip file from the compter and click upload the module >> click install

5: Click 'Configure'

6: Login into your eAssistance Pro account and copy the chat code from https://support.eass...code/wizard.php and paste it in the text area

7: Select your position Left, Right or Floating

8: click on the save setting
