In prestashop 1.5 on product edit page i've got two fields: short description + description. Both of them had rich text editor.

now in my prestashop 1.6 when i go to product edit page i haven't got any tinymce

 

it's a bug? or this is how new prestashop works?

Hey, I got exactly the same pb and can't find a way to fix it. 

 

Did you manage this thing?

what is your prestashop version?

okay so please follow this:

1) open browser console (in chrome ctrL+shift+j)

2) open product edit page

 

you will see in console several requests (console log)

do you see there some red messages (errors) ?

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)"

Looks like my version is failing to load this file: js/tiny_mce/plugins/media/plugin.min.js%20403

PB fixed, it was in my tinyMCE editor. I uploaded once again the files and it's working now.
