Ok so i have had this issue with a couple of customers now what happens is they place a order and half or majority of the items in their cart do not add in to the total. I tried to remove the products and re add them myself as the super admin and even then it just would not recognize certain products... customers are trying to pull fasts ones on me and then getting mad when i cancel the order.. i mean they execpt to get a whole bunch of free stuff because of the cart malfunction no way jose...
Any thoughts on this ? i really hope to get it fixed soon before i miss one and end up sending off free stuff
Up to now cleared the Cache not sure if it fixed the problem.. i have not been able to recreate the problem myself either...
