Sri Yoga Ashram is a professional yoga school set at the base of the Himalayas close to Lakshman Jhula, near the banks of the holy river Ganga. You can also pursue it as a career under the 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC). The 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Course is offered by Sri Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. The course covers Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Yin yoga and various aspects of meditation. You will also be taught the basics of Anatomy, Physiology, Philosophy, Shatkarma & body-cleansing techniques.
