This is a pretty simple question that may not be possible to answer, but in cases where you are eating with family/friends and the calories in the food and macros are not tracked, whether it's pizza or burgers in a restaurant or homemade food, what is the best "tracking" strategy? this and the explanation for this? Take, for example, pizza in a restaurant - I would probably have no idea what the ratio of calories to macro components is.
