Remove User Registration Ability - Guest Checkout Only

Hi Guys!

 

Due to some local Chinese regulations, I need to completely remove the ability for my customers to register an user account, instead customers will only checkout via the Guest Checkout feature.

 

I am using the default theme and 1.6.0.9.

 

I've followed the below instructions:

But I need to completely remove the language, forms, and links from the front-office/theme.
